Why should I work with you instead of going directly to a PEO?

Do I still own the client?
Absolutely. As the broker, you remain the primary contact and advisor for your client. We support you behind the scenes and never market directly to your book of business.
How are commissions handled?
We offer competitive, transparent commission structures. You earn recurring commissions for the life of the client’s relationship with the PEO, and we provide detailed reporting so you always know where you stand.
What types of clients are a good fit for a PEO?

They’re especially valuable for companies experiencing rapid growth, those in high-risk industries, or employers looking to enhance their benefits offering without taking on additional HR staff.
What industries do your PEO partners serve?
Our network includes PEOs that specialize in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to: construction, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, roofing, and hospitality. If you have a niche client, we likely have a solution.
How fast can I get quotes or proposals?
We work quickly. Once we receive a complete submission, we can typically provide a preliminary quote within 48-72 hours, and full proposals shortly thereafter. We keep you updated every step of the way.
Do I need to be an expert in PEOs to offer this to my clients?
Nope. That’s what we’re here for. We provide the training, tools, and hands-on support you need to confidently offer PEO solutions. Think of us as your expert resource - you bring the client, and we’ll bring the strategy.
Is there a minimum number of employees for a business to qualify?
Most PEOs prefer businesses with at least 5 W-2 employees, but we have some partners who can go smaller depending on the industry and risk profile. We’ll help you find the right fit.
